Shaun Sinclair is the author of Beats and Blow, Dirty Music, King Reece, Blood Ties, Street Rap, Skin Deep 1, Skin Deep 2, Skin Deep 3, Forbidden, Forbidden 2, Tainted Ambition, Flame in Lust and Sex Mogul (Vol. 1-5). He has published stories in the domestic abuse anthology, Damaged Goods, and the anthology, Sex Therapy. Mr. Sinclair began his publishing journey nearly 20 years ago when he penned his first novel, "Street Rap" while incarcerated. The book was largely based on his life, and he used his real experiences to add unparalleled authenticity to the story. This would become his trademark style. While in prison, Mr. Sinclair continued to pen literary masterpieces and create his own genre of books called, Gangsterotica, (Erotic Crime Fiction). He went on to write 10 more novels and secured a book deal with a major publisher just before successfully winning his appeal and being released. Upon release, the publishing deal faltered, leaving Mr. Sinclair with a small library of books. Shortly after, he founded Pen 2 Pen Publishing and released his first book, "Forbidden: A Gangsterotica Tale". He traveled the country with his book, eventually selling over 30,000 copies independently. His considerable buzz brought him to the doorstep of the majors again, and he successfully navigated a 3-book publishing deal with Kensington Publishing (without an agent). After signing with Kensington Publishing, Mr. Sinclair restructured Pen 2 Pen Publishing as an author services company, using his considerable knowledge and expertise in writing, publishing, and promoting to assist the next generation of writers in fulfilling their dreams and owning their Intellectual Property. To date, Pen 2 Pen Publishing has published over 100 authors! In 2019, Mr. Sinclair formed Pen 2 Pen Multimedia, a film and music company. He quickly made his mark in the film world, producing and directing two films (Behind the Pen, A Grandmother’s Faith), and serving as a producer on two other films (1544, Jackie Redd). In 2021, he achieved a life-long dream of writing, producing, and directing his first film, The Set Up. In 2022, a short version of the film was given a limited release and received critical acclaim, prompting Mr. Sinclair to turn the The Set Up into a full-feature film. Now, with the success of The Set Up, Pen 2 Pen Multimedia is positioned to be the premier source for independent film making.
