Shell Rowe is an author and content creator who uses her platform to spread joy, laughter and meaningful awareness. A four-time cancer survivor, she blends lighthearted comedy sketches and relatable storytimes with powerful advocacy for young people with cancer and the stem cell register. Her work is rooted in lived experience and a belief that humour and honesty can help us through even the hardest times. In recognition of her impact, she was named ITV Entertainment Creator of the Year in 2025 and Advocate of the Year for Anthony Nolan in 2024. Through her work and humour, she aims to make people feel seen, uplifted and a little bit happier than when they arrived.
