Simon Wroe is a novelist, freelance journalist and former chef. His first book, CHOP CHOP, was shortlisted for the 2014 Costa First Novel Award, longlisted for the Desmond Elliott Prize and won the Society of Authors' Betty Trask Award. His second novel, HERE COMES TROUBLE, was shortlisted for the Bollinger Everyman Wodehouse Prize. GHOST MONTH, his third novel, is soon to be published by Faber.
