Susan Thesenga has been a therapist and spiritual teacher for the past forty years, teaching throughout the United States and Brazil. In 1972 she and her husband Donovan co-founded Sevenoaks Retreat Center, near Charlottesville, Virginia, where they still live and work. Her first book The Undefended Self is a summary of Pathwork teachings about the nature of spiritual reality and personal transformation. After many years on the spiritual path, learning to open her mind and heart and to accept life as it is, she encountered the darkest and most painful situation of her life. Her new book Love Unbroken shares how she met the challenge of her adopted daughter Pamela's extreme drug addiction and was led to the greatest spiritual discovery any of us can ever make. Pamela Thesenga is now in full recovery and lives in Charlottesville, Virginia.
