As an author, executive leadership coach and speaker, Vinitia Mathews provides meaningful career support and techniques for women and people of color. Her intent is to ensure those like her—women and people of color—don’t feel alone with the career challenges they face.

Vinitia has served as an Officer and Senior Vice President of multibillion-dollar for-profit organizations, and has been a key operational leader within publicly traded, private, private equity-owned and nonprofit systems. She has two decades of healthcare operational experience and a decade of experience as a management consultant and executive leadership coach serving multiple industries.

Vinitia holds a PhD in strategic management and an MBA in healthcare management.
