The witches of Coventry are all on edge when the crew of a famous ghost hunting show arrives in town. Coventry has been good at hiding its secrets from the world for hundreds of years, but in the deep dark corners of the web, whispers of a town full of witches and ghosts circulate among those who are true believers of the paranormal.
When it's decided that denying them a filming permit would just make them more suspicious, Brighton is elected by the town council to be their official Coventry escort. Her job is to ensure they don't catch any convincing evidence of the paranormal and hopefully make them so bored they decide to cut the town from their show's schedule.
But, this is Coventry we're talking about. When one of the film crew turns up dead at Hangman's House after a night of paranormal investigation, Brighton is once again forced to get involved.
Oh, and Thorn's in trouble too. He's in hot water in more ways than one. He'll need Brighton's help to save his bacon from the frying pan, but will he really break her heart?

So there are ghost hunters in town, working for a show and they intend to investigate the town of Coventry for Paranormal activity.
Brighton ends up being their hostess as the town council thinks that Brighton can better stop them from wandering around and stumbling upon the secrets the town has been hiding.
There is one thing that I really felt irked by with Brighton and that's the way she wouldn't say No to the crew of ghost hunters when they asked to investigate any place. Initially I got why she did it, but later I just felt Brighton was acting silly here and ignoring the repercussions of what could happen.
Oohh.. The adventure and the thrill is there as we go around town following the crew and knowing more of the history of the various places in Coventry. Some really dark historical things and not so pleasant. Especially the history of the hangman's house itself.
I was so glued listening to this one and where Brighton and her love life is concerned, I WAS SO FREAKING SHOCKED AND yet pleasantly surprised when this twist comes out of nowhere.
Honestly I was absolutely delighted with this turn and even though things were building up, I so didn't at all see this happening and ahhh.... Yes to the freaking yes to this twist.
I'm beyond excited to see what we have in store next with Brighton and her shenanigans and our dear cat, Meri. Loved this one. ♥️♥️♥️
