Game changer
I just finished this book and it has been a game changer for me. I started the book 18 days ago and I haven't drank since! Longest time I've been able to go without for over 2 decades.

A big letdown
No access to the hypnotherapy. Book kept repeating to follow guidelines and listen to entire book and at the end you will never drink again. I wasted my time.

Like nothing I've ever heard before.
This is great because it puts everything into a perspective that is most helpful, unlike conventional and traditional ways.

Genius!
I decided to quit drinking before this book but I know I am now a non-drinker. This book is genius. It talks how we are brainwashed into thinking drinking is the thing to do to fill our time but the book brainwashes you into knowing that you did not ever need alcohol to begin with and don't need it now. it's very convincing and at the end provides hypnotherapy. I did feel a little bit of brainwashing and it felt hypnotherapy ish during reading the book. Its absolutely genius the approach nobody even needs one drink. I wish all of society could just stop drinking alcohol. all of society could be better if nobody drink alcohol.

Highly Recommend
I am 33 and have drank probably since I was about 15/16. Started socially weekends etc but from about 25 onwards the occasional weeknights started to occur and by 30 it was more or less every night having pointless bottles of wine just to feel something. I've worked my whole life so believe I'm highly functional alcoholic but still I knew I had to do something but didn't have much hope in a book to be honest but wow, really surprised me how easy it was, just need to change the mindset and this book really does it. It has only been a few weeks but 1. This is longest I've stopped in years, 2. I have absolutely no desire or cravings to even drink. I have stopped smoking myself but I am now going to try the stop vaping version of the book in the hope it is as successful as this book.
