I just cant stop reading and listening to this, everytime I listen to this I come across answers to my questions, or guide to making decisions, its just a must read, must listen book, especially for people who work with energies and want to explore the consciousness, heal yourself, everything is within

wIould like to start by saying that this is not only a beautifully written and highlyI joyable book, but eye-opening and thought-provoking as well. I was challenged by this piece of work in the best possible way. I learned to listen to my body because even it sounds illogically or even crazy, it speaks to us. I also really enjoyed Dr. Dain Heer’s writing style. By the end of the book, I felt as if he was a friend. He writes with kindness and clarity from decades of lived experience and pragmatic consciousness. There is a lot of preparation from the author who helps support us in our journey through the material, including how to manage difficult thoughts, emotions and sensations as he arises. Definitely, it is a must read for everyone.
