Pretty spot on.

If there's a perfect place for the pronoun 'they' - it really is in this book. Look, I know statistically women are diagnosed more than men, but when you're not talking about a specific person, say 'they'! Using 'she', when you could mean any gender, really isn't necessary; regardless of the disclaimer at start. Saying that, I find this book would be very helpful for people who want to understand this neurobiological disorder more; especially if a loved one of theirs is diagnosed, this is a must read for those people.
