Comprehensive book for good health

Highly detailed, at many times technical, but giving a comprehensive list of all requirements for good health. This includes the lab tests to be taken to diagnose what problems you have, and then specific solutions to address these problems. The solutions include the foods to eat, the supplements to take, the exercises to do, and the weekly timetable to achieve good health and Longevity. This is a reference book, which the reader can start using step-by-step, and progressing as results are achieved. Some of the suggestions are costly, requiring purchase of equipment, but reader can choose how much he wants to do. There are probably 250 - 500 suggestions in the book, and maybe one can start with implementing about 20-30 suggestions, which can be easily implemented, and slowly increasing, time and budget permitting.
A great reference book - You will not need anything else (only very long, but because you can browse through chapter-wise, can be managed).
