Story
We tend to tiptoe around the role of power in management and fail to openly acknowledge how the animal desire to dominate often destroys the best of organizations. Critics tend to see power as a negative thing. But power is a critical tool that affects the implementation of any idea. Any attempt to restrain it with rules results in domestication and resentment and fails to energize the organization. Leaders often equate themselves with lions and indulge their desire to dominate when, in fact, the point of leadership is to be secure enough to outgrow the lion within us.

Story
As Khushwant Singh wrote in the preface to the hardbound edition published in 1990 of this true account of Mohanlal Bhaskar's mission to find out about Pakistan's nuclear plans: 'He was betrayed by one of his colleagues, presumbly a double agent, and had to face the music on his own. The interrogation, which was done by the army and police, included torture of the worst kind imaginable. Many of his comrades went insane or ended their own lives.'

Nothing about Chanakya or Arthshastra - Waste!!
This book is a classic example why modern Indian literature has no takers. There is nothing about this book that I can appreciate...
Story: It is actually more like a diary of self obeeseed author who thinks he is doing something above the worldly acts to study Arthshastra. in fact, there is no Chankaya or Arthshasthra in the body of the text, its just class 8 writing of author who essays his life events in a most boring manner.
Narration: Pathetic!! As if an essay is being dictated in class! No pitch, no tempo, no emotion, no captivity!!
Recommendation: Big No No! Absolute waste of time.

I didn't like it at all
The book becomes hilarious but in a frustrating way. the author is telling a story of a person how he became from nothing to everything but according to the author the guy has no problems in his path whatever he is doing it's turning gold. my question is where are the struggles. For me it was a complete let down or I couldn't understand what the author is trying to convey.
