Publisher's Summary

We have more choices than we realize. In fact, according to positive psychology expert Tal Ben-Shahar, our entire life is made of choices, large and small. It is what we choose moment by moment and day by day - to do, to feel, to experience - that determines how happy and fulfilled we are. Every moment, then, is an opportunity to make a choice that will bring us greater happiness.

Ben- Shahar presents 100 such opportunities, some simple, such as whether to frown or smile; others complex, such as whether to hold on to what we know or change our perspective - helping us identify them, recognize their importance, and make the right choice. Each choice includes a brief explanation plus a story or study that makes it accessible and relatable. It’s up to you to choose the life you want!

Powerful practices well presented

Simple happiness concepts well written by the author and well presented by the narrator. I intend to revisit these concepts very frequently. It will benefit to be calmer and in control of my emotions

Amazing!

I wish I had written it. Simple and yet profound. Much more than it seems.

Basic

Good if you are new to self impersonation. Very basic and follows the same, tired, formul publishers push for these kind of books.

Informative and Educational

This is not your typical airy fairy, wishy washy self help book. It is highly interesting, makes a lot of sense and narrated in such a way that it is easy to remember all the golden nuggets of wisdom. I listen to this whilst walking my dog and get a lot of enjoyment from it. I would highly recommend listening to this and I very much look forward to listening to Part 2.
