While the author may be an expert on the topic of mind management going through the initial few chapters I found it boring. The naarative could have been crisp. It gave the impression that the author wanted to showcase herself and her research. We all know mind management is important. Would have loved the book if it went directly to the technique along with the clinical trial evidence. Did not finish the book based on the way it is written.
