Are you expected to speak in front of large audiences in your professional career? Or are you in the spotlight, doing media interviews with radio and television talk shows? If so, this four-part series will prepare you for three types of high pressure speaking engagements: Public Speaking, Media Interviews, and Networking Events. As a bonus, one part of this program helps you mentally deal with stressful situations. You will also be able to deal with your fear of public speaking.

If free this might be worth the listen

This "book" spends a few minutes talking about the obvious benefits of visualizing success and then the rest of the 45 minutes walking you through various visualizations. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR POINTS. As I said maybe worth the listen if it was free...
