The piano composition includes 'Nocturne in B Major, Op. 32 No. 1 - Andantino sostenuto'. The simplicity of this nocturne's opening is contrasted by a very dramatic and original ending. This arrangement is illustrative of Chopin's desire to make the music speak. This nocturne's rather characteristic design and melodic contour prepare us for the unexpected towards the end.
