Must read for anyone who is in leadership role or aspiring to be in one.
Barry-Wehmiller's journey under Bob's leadership is an example of how business can be conducted where everybody matters & how leaders can inspire employees to give their heart & head along with their hands to business to make a real difference in business.
Living example of what Simon Sinek has been preaching for years. This is how it looks like when Simon's vision becomes reality.
Pls recommend this book to every leader / aspiring leader in your org post reading it & use it as a business bible whenever business is struggling to exist.
