Instructional
Very informative. However, this book is an audio of an a class with participation from students in the class that had the benefit of workbooks. It would have been great if we could have been able to download the workbook for this class.

Not an audiobook
This is not an audiobook.
This is a recording of a seminar from the early 2000’s where computer calendars and technology was very far away from where it is today in 2020
Without the visual element of this seminar it is very difficult to follow when the presenter is talking about diagrams and charts that he is obviously drawing in front of The audience. There are Claire breaks in the session for group work and it doesn’t flow very well
I suggest spending a little more time looking for an actual audiobook rather than a recording is an old seminar
