Voice Clarity was good with modulation and individual introduction of every chapter. The artist was good with various nodulations too..

i actually despised the way narrator spoke his name at the end and beginning of each episode, but the story was so connecting and going so smoothly that I tolerated the template till the very end of the book.

Very beautifully written story of the urban India of 1930s, I was able to connect with each character even after 100 years of writing. Such timeless classics actually give you a perspective of human society, nothing much has changed over generations. All populations had the same vices, but there has been some invisible force that is keeping everything together, all the time.

Heart touching story

For me the best part is that death of even the side characters who have appeared in only a few scenes is so well written and effective that it will touch you deeply. Sameer's narration is also smooth and with emotions. "Lijiye suniye" was wierd at first but you get used to it.
