Love changes your diet for life, soul food reqired

Robin and Alana have something to hide. Neither are who they are pretending to be. The journey to who they would become will take seeing more than just what can be seen. Oh the vampire and the delicious genie had to reveal themself in order to be loved. Lori Prince makes this story even more fantastic by the marvelous way she brings the characters to life. This has been a deliriously funny and wonderfully salacious love story. I love the characters and all the out of normal way this story unfolds. It was funny, wildly entertaining and oh such fun.

A Fun Read!

It was something different and I loved it! I definitely laughed out loud more than a few times! Definitely recommend giving this one a chance!!

Nice surprise

I loved this story and the small vignette at the end. Really cool take on paranormal and I hope there are more books to come!

Lori Prince outdoes herself again

Lori Prince's narration was superb. Jae and her cowriter hit a home run. Highly recommended.

Repetitive but alright

Overall good store. Not many steamy scenes (actually one one), but what really was annoying was how it kept repeating all the abilities that the characters had. A bit juvenile in my opinion. Good for a background listen though.

Turns 12 step tropes on itheir heads

First scene is a very stereotypical first time 12 step meeting...with every experrience having a completely different meaning than usual. That first scene by itself make me laugh enough for the credit to be worth it. Otherwise, it's a fun story, interesting enough to keep you going and with a positive ending. Usual wlw romance fare with above average writing.

Fun and interesting

A cute and sexy story of a vampire meeting an attractive human and this different from most. And just Incase you’re wondering there is lesbians in this story.

Bite Me

Robin is a vampire who has sworn to give up feasting on human blood after she nearly killed a woman on New Year’s Eve. When she meets Alanna at an AA meeting looking for advice on her addiction she wants to do more than eat her. Alanna has her own secrets and has sworn to never love another woman. A fun romcom and a short story about a vist to the dentist. Great narrator.

STORYLINE

Although I enjoyed the shapeshifter books by Jae, this story took a while to get into. The way the characters “addiction” could be misconstrued was clever!! I may have to take another listen to later in the future and see what I missed, but even though it wasn’t as good as other previous books, it was enjoyable.
