The Sanskrit word Guru means 'teacher' or 'guide'.

To the Pandavas, Guru meant a man by the name of Dronacharya. To Eklavya, Guru meant a clay statue. Yet both of these are examples of a Guru-Disciple relationship.

The author of guru sutra came across as very credible when I heard him on Audible. What I found interesting was the missing arrogance that most spiritual people don when they present themselves. I have read a few spiritual books in my life and found most of them to be interesting translations but this one has a lot of originality which appealed. You can use it as a guide for training others and for HR purposes. So hear hear..
