Lovely narrative

I have always loved the spiritual philosophies of Thich Nhat Hanh. This is the one teaching which you can repeatedly listen over and over again.

not very clear and seems to be in a hurry.

It was slow yet in a hurry! It literally repeatedly repeated a couple of times.

simple and as usual, focus on breathing.

How to relax

This book is amazingly relaxing to listen to.
