not like any other self help book.

the narrator is hilarious. keeps the interest alive throughout the book. even though the book starts of as a regular self help book, it gets deeper into the problem in the later chapters.

Very Scientific Approach!!!

Great audiobook. Must listen if you want to learn how your emotions affect you actions, with science backed examples and explainations.

loved it

one chapter a day keeps lousiness away💕. I would definitely recommend it to all who are struggling admist the pandemic to pick themselves up and get to work.

not ur usual motivational book

it was amazing it wasn't based on some hoodo woodo motivational but on real scientific proven study on neurology and with sentences in the book which will help to lessen stress ....... it's a really read......
