This is a Rockstar Romance where our hero actually goes for a sort of vacay in a small town to escape from the hurts of the recent happenings and even though nothing happened, yet dealing with how he came close to losing his friend and bandmate.
That first scene was so dramatic where a drunken Killian stumbles across Libby's house and vomits all over there.
Libby was so gracious to help out a complete stranger even though it was troubling for her.
She doesn't know who Killian is and I don't think it would have made a difference even if she had known, because that girl is a sweet one with a clean heart.
I was digging the instant connect we see between Killian and Libby. I mean the next day when Killian realizes how bad he had gotten, he apologizes but is also intrigued with this girl who treats him like she couldn't care less and he loves it because it feels like a breath of fresh air to him.
Killian and Libby... Ahhh.. All the moments we get between them...how slowly casual talks and time spending with fellow neighbors (they are neighbors) soon turns into more and more and I was sighing with how inseparable and strongly connected they were becoming each day.
But the life of a Rockstar is not only difficult but riddled with scandals and troubles and there is this difficult choice of wanting this something special with each other or the Rockstar life.
Libby is herself a singer and I loved how Killian does his best to help her with her own dreams and encourages her to step out of her comfort zone.
I also loved Scott, Killian's manager so much with his proper ways of speaking and always being on his toes, he is a cool guy. Also, Killian's cousin was so much fun.
But what was that between her and the other band mate.. Is there something cooking there?!
We have insta-love type of chemistry and sizzling times... The Slow burn at the very start... Oh my... I was fanning myself... along with the emotional turmoil and dramatic turns made this one an amazing one. Loved this one. ❤️❤️❤️
