Zwischen tonnenweise Beruhigungsmitteln, verschrobenen Patienten, einem leicht labilen Vertreter der Armee-Versicherung, einer sadistischen Krankenschwester und dem Doktor, der seinen Namen nicht nennen will, erleben Heff und seine Mannen was es heist, sich mit dem Gesundheitssystem anzulegen. Nicht einmal Heffs Fische bleiben davon verschont. Zeit für Franz, endlich über sich selbst hinaus zu wachsen...
