An underrated book in changing behaviours

Major change in organizational performance usually requires changing behaviours. The problem is that it is difficult to change others unless they want to change themselves.

Though most ideas presented are not what i would call breakthrough ideas. We all have probably heard of them. But then common sense and known ideas are not necessarily common practice.

This book does well in putting together different ideas and presenting a framework for influencing behaviours - 6 sources of influence.
