My six year old boy won’t admit it, but loves this guided meditation!

Every time I play this my six year old boy and I fall right to sleep happily. I love this book and strongly recommend to anyone for just about any age. My son has ADHD and high functioning autism so calming down is often no easy task, but this recording has helped immensely.

Sleep problem solved!

My daughter struggled with settling her mind at the end of the day. She would focus on not wanting to go to sleep and it woukd keep her alert. This truly relaxes her brain and now looks forward to her sleep story!

Great listen!

Sometimes I have trouble falling asleep and this Audible helps me fall s!reps when I can't . It has meditations on it and tells you calming things . I would recommend this Audible for night time.

WOW

I didn't think this would work ,but it did. My daughter doesn't like to sleep, this puts her right out

Lovely voice, my daughters’ favourite

We have tried quite a few bedtime meditations but this is the best so far. My daughters aged 8 and 11 both love her peaceful calm voice and it sends them to sleep in no time even if they’re over-tired. Definitely recommend. I only wish it was longer or had another track!
