These five deeply relaxing, reassuring and uplifting meditations come from the live guided meditations Linda ran for her on-line groups during two Pandemic Lockdowns. Wishing to share them outside her groups, she later recorded the tracks to studio standard.
The meditations combine secular mindfulness and contemporary psychology with Eastern philosophy and are suitable for both beginners and advanced. Linda draws on her experience of over thirty years in integrative healthcare as a healer, psychology practitioner and meditation teacher.
