A must read/listen for adults and children alike. It felt like sitting on a grandmother's lap and listening to an engaging story with all the characters doing their roles right in front of our eyes. Dr. Jane's simplicity in exhibiting her life's work in such a humble manner is laudable. Hope we all learn to listen to the message that animals around us are trying to convey.

When I started hearing the narration, I thought this book is meant for kids. But this short story of Jane's life and the later chapters are so impactful. Young or old, everyone listening to this book will realise how important animals are to this world and what we are doing to them. Also this short narration about Jane's life is intriguing me to go read more of her books. Don't waiver, just read the book- with kids of possible- and learn some beautiful things about animals.
