Quiet helpful
We all negotiate in our day to day life, be it personal or professional. We mostly do it subconsciously and miss out some important elements of negotiation. Preparation is the key and explained very well. Thanks Ambi!

Useful tips
Various strategies covered with relevant examples. Narration was clear, however there wasn't sufficient pause between the end of one point/topic & beginning of the next. Overall, worth listening to, as short & crisp.
