So inspiring , so encouraging! anyone especially going through a difficult phase must give this as well as can't hurt me a listen. If this book can't help you get up and get at it, then maybe no book can

Another great book by David Goggins. During the first half, I thought what new inspiring can he possibly say that would hit different than the first book. But his fight, his strength and his character even after the success of the first book is the same.

I would say that it has increased. The advice about how he has grown to become a leader unlike the earlier Goggins who was immature and tried to step on everyone’s feet and show who’s the baddest mf, showed great character development.

There is a lot to learn from the book. Alter ego, visualization, fighting adversity, becoming a leader, this book has it all. Will read again a few times when I need to build momentum in life.
