I am a first time mom. It was a normal delivery and I was very happy but was unaware and not at all prepared for what was held in store for me postpartum. I had lost control over mind and body and my baby was put on formula which made me drain in ocean of guilt. It was while searching on postpartum care that I stumbled upon this book and decided to give it a chance. The chaperts on 'breastfeeding' and 'post baby bedroom' gave me solace that I am not the only one facing such issues and also gave me hope that I will be able to over come it. The author too is a mother and knows what other mothers want to hear to gain their sanity back post-partum. This book is truely a blessing in all sense. A big thanks to the author !
