About this listen

Dr. Broder says you can do it. You can master the power of positive thinking. You can become an inspiration to others - a successful, high-energy person. You can do it by learning the techniques of positive attitude training.

Positive attitude training is grounded in a revolutionary branch of psychology called cognitive behavioral theory.

In Positive Attitude Training, you'll learn to:

  • Conquer low frustration tolerance (LFT)
  • Get the "shoulds" out of your life and release the disturbing emotions they create
  • Discover and avoid the nine thinking error traps that account for most negative thinking
  • Make stress work for you
  • Change self-defeating attitudes into self-affirmations

Finally, you'll learn to think of building positive attitudes the way you would think of building your physical strength, and you'll soon begin seeing and feeling the results.

I listened to Audible audio book version .I found it very useful . It deals with almost every mental and physical aspects of life (relationship, success ,depression, etc) and provides useful insights and solutions to various issues.Especially the last chapter ,which summarises the book ,can be used periodically to reinforce the material(after completing the book once). My experience of the book was awesome and I suggest it for multiple re- reads(or listen to it multiple times or as the book suggest once every month.)

Standard framework covering all aspects of life.
