For Every Person Interested in Meditation
I only finished day 1, and here I am writing a review. I fully intend to finish this, however as someone who was skeptical after trying meditation before let me let you in on something if your debating. Recently I have been struggling with a relationship issue that consumed my mind, to the point that it has been impossible to find peace or anything but misery. What this book does, is explain in detail how to meditate correctly and effectively. After day 1 for the first time in months I found a peace, albeit small...it was a peace. A long overdue reprieve from my mind. If you are struggling and searching for self help books, or some way to give your brain that break from it's pitfall...do yourself a favor, and get this book.
