Get relief from your psoriasis symptoms. Soothe your itchy skin. Be comfortable and relaxed. You can experience psoriasis relief and start making your skin healthier today.
This subliminal hypnosis program works for you on three different levels - positive affirmations will be spoken during your deepest state of open relaxation, low binaural beats that are almost imperceptible to the human ear work with your subconscious mind to anchor the positive affirmations to help you get psoriasis relief, and ancient Solfeggio tones encourage healing and wholeness with powerful harmonic frequencies. Along with seven different soothing sounds of nature, these three elements combined together are the triad of positive change that will propel you toward a better future.
Psoriasis Relief Affirmations in this program are:
- I am free from my psoriasis symptoms
- With every breath I am filled with relief
- Every day my psoriasis symptoms lessen
- I am healing
- I naturally have healthy skin
- I feel hydrated
- I embrace relief
- My skin feels soothed and healthy
- I am comfortable
- I will be filled with positive healing energy
Instructions: There are no relaxation suggestions in this subliminal hypnosis program, so you can listen at any time of the day or night. You may listen to the entire program as a whole or select only specific nature sounds that you enjoy most - the positive affirmations will still be effective for change.

whaA??? this looked interesting but there is no narration. it is only sounds...first track sounds like a big crackling fire..then some sea and storm...it usually does calm me down and lead to sleep.
I do not have psoriasis but at night my skin can get itchy and twitchy
anyway it's a keeper for my library.
