It is 1884, and when a fellow landlady finds her lodger poisoned, Mrs. Hudson turns to Sherlock Holmes.

The police suspect the landlady of murder, but Mrs. Hudson insists that her friend is innocent. A gripping and intriguing story but as is the case with most contemporary depictions of Sherlock and Watson, Watson isn’t quite represented accurately and the third act is always a bit of a let down. The last part of the tale in most contemporary depictions, fails to be as interesting a reveal or plot twist as Sir Arthur managed consistently. Still, an interesting story till the final reveal with great attention to detail. The voice acting and narration was on point.
