Publisher's Summary
Headphones recommended.
Focus on your breath and let the low and powerful reverberations of crystal bowls wash over you. Studies have shown these humming sounds allow your brainwaves to slow and shift from an active to relaxed state - a perfect precursor to deep sleep. In order to get the most out of your listening experience, pioneering sound therapist Sara Auster recommends you dim the lights and lie down or sit in a comfortable position with an eye mask and a blanket, silence any alerts or notifications, and use earphones. These things allow you to completely unplug and connect with the present moment to intentionally prepare for sleep. Your body has permission to slow down and rest, to receive without the need to respond or react. Begin your experience by focusing on your breath, then allow yourself to drift into a spacious and dreamlike state. All you have to do is arrive with an open mind and listen.
Sara Auster is the leading voice in sound bath experiences and considered a master of the form. Sara has been featured in The New York Times, Vogue, TIME, and O, The Oprah Magazine, and she has facilitated large-scale, site-specific sound bath experiences at iconic venues around the world including the Museum of Modern Art, Madison Square Garden, Palais de Tokyo, and SummerStage in Central Park. Her live sound bath events are celebrated as transformative, therapeutic experiences for balance, relaxation, and well-being. We're thrilled to be able to bring this unique sound experience to the comfort of your own bedroom for the first time.

Relax How?
This is too short. There isn't enough time to relax. Sounds great but needs more

Nope. Nope. Nope. Nope. Terrible. I’m upset that I have type more words to describe how bad this is. Seriously. Should be no stars

Helps me sleep
I would recommend this to those who have trouble falling asleep. I’ve struggled with this for years, and this has helped tremendously.

Need these all together
Yes some of these sound like being stuck in a bell but I have used sound for decades and it’s what is needed. The reason these don’t get 5 stars from me is that I, myself, need these for sleep and she speaks at the beginning of each thereby breaking sleep cycles. If she has these in tandem without speaking between them or in extended form then please point me in that direction!

Kept my interest
Overall the storyline was interesting. I thought it took too long to get to the point but I’m an inpatient reader. The end was quite the surprise though. The performance was great.

Wish it lasted longer.
Very relaxing, but 5 minutes isn't nearly long enough. I was looking for something to calm my brain before sleep.
