I’ve always admired his philosophy and this is what made me go for this audiobook. The way Simon has explained the ideology and principles on Why a mega companies thrive and fall are impeccable. It gives the listener a perspective and a motto Why, How and What a company should operate to be successful and not just do business for money but have a vision that keeps customers and people as forefront.
