Bible based stress releif

Overall I think a good book. Easy to listen to. I felt a little misled by the description. The book is a bible based direction for stress relief. If you can relate to that it is helpful. If that is not your belief than I think the book would be frustrating to you.

Would you consider the audio edition of Stress Less to be better than the print version?

Yes, because I can listen to it anytime and anywhere, while on the treadmill at the gym or driving..

Very informative and if you "apply" the suggestions the author makes, you will feel so much better. I have listened to this book at least 4 times and hear something I missed each time.
A good book to teach a new way of living...it has helped me immensely. I have reduced my stress and lost over 70 lbs while doing it.
