Good practical ideas...

Informative listen. Dr Chaterjee gives easy doable tips to take care of our overall health across the four pillars. At the same time explains the reasoning behind what ails our health these days. I enjoyed listening to it while walking.

very useful info & tips for good health

I loved listening to the audio book. Dr. Rangan's voice is calm and soothing . ( sometimes I did fall asleep listening ) the tips are practical and do-able. I listened to the whole audiobook for the second time - over two weeks during my morning walks. I have started implementing some of the tips and I feel more energetic and enthusiastic.
