A must Read / Listen to Book
This book helps you to get introduced to yourself...
you'll find great narrative to all critical aspects which can help you transform you inside out. Hits the Core identity with valid biological / neurological references. A perfect remedy to the brain fog which might be becoming a hurdle for your success. After audio, I preferred to get a Kindle ebook version..Yes ! it has literally become this close to my heart. Many thanks to Dr. Sinha for simplifying various complexities.
