beyond dieting and exercising

this book works more on the attitude of weight loss than a diet or exercise. though it provides food and exercise guidelines also, but what I found great is how it helps program your mind than just your stomach for weight loss. it has very good pointers on why you lost weight, got it back, can't lose it again, tried everything, exercised everyday but no weight loss, what your weekend binges does to your hardwork.....it's a great and relatable list. also, it tells you that it's an endless journey to stay healthy and not just a one time goal. I have read the lose the fat feed the muscle by same author earlier, and was sceptical to read this fearing redundancy. but this book is more for your mental conditioning than just do this and that. it will atleast get your efforts going in a direction since my efforts have not yielded any result untill now. can't wait to put these points into use.
