Author is a butcher

extremely irritating and highly promotive of self

looks like the guy Ran out of words and thought blame every thing on moulds that grow in food. on his own convenience he promotes fermnted foods and name calls fungi (the things behind fermentation). some great scientific inaccuracies assist from blatant promotion of food faddism.

Wonder if it's about food for life

Looks like living in chemistry lab. Not meant for vegetarians. Rituza Diwakar makes better sense.
