A must read!!

I wanted to read this book but din’t had the time so I got it on audible. Surprisingly the style of narration and the content were really good for a audible beginner like me. I will hear the audiobook once again to grasp things I might have missed during the 1st time. A Sunday well spent and I am really satisfied. I will go through other books by the author in the coming days.

engaging narration - interesting story

I loved listening to the story that highlights the dysfunctions in a team and shows us how the leader handles the team. The story part was very interesting that I listened to it non stop. valuable insights on teamwork and leadership.

Unbelievably effective and Helpful..!!

Teaching team management skills is an extremely difficult task. Some of it comes naturally to good leaders and some qualities can be built over time. This book covers the latter part. Must read for all managers ..!!
