Discovered my ownself

A wonderful guide to discover oneself. I never realised the number of mistakes I was doing with respect to my food. Thanx for enlightening us about the power of fasting. Grateful to u Like for this magic book.

Average book

Honestly for me there was nothing that I learn from this book. I am not saying this book is not worth it, I am only trying to say that if you ask somebody who is well versed with Ayurveda, naturopathy, holistic living and practicing a healthy lifestyle this book may not offer you lot of learning. If you are completely novice and need some guidance this may offer something in return for a purchase.
