learning and realisations is what it meant to me

I would anyday recommend this book even for just the last chapter.
the book is full of useful knowledge and wisdom. information about shamanism, spirit and protective animals.
what it did for me through all this knowledge and wisdom (especially the wisdom in last chapter) is to create healing, for me, for the universe. it facilitated a shift, taking me forward in my spiritual journey. I am always going to follow the instructions given in the last chapter for letting go anger and hurt, releasing it in the universe in the form of healing and positive vibes. grateful.
