Absolutely mesmerising!!
Such a beautiful and mesmerising epic story , and it’s amazing that it still feels so fresh after decades . One of the best books I’ve had the pleasure to come across. And my first brush with Tamil literature . My heartfelt thanks to Pavithra for such a beautiful translation.
And the performance by the narrator is extremely good , he’s able to evoke the full emotions and bring to life Kalki’s epic in technicolour. I’m glad I heard the book rather than reading!! Thanks Amit!!

A fitting end to the epic saga

Great production!
Amit Bhargav has done a great job - this is the best narration I’ve ever heard yet. The story is great. I don’t know Tamil so can’t comment on the translation but it seemed accurate with lots of insightful tidbits

Best audio ever!
i just loved the book. I am a person loves reading a book rather than listening, but the way Mr. Amit has read the book is far better than even the movie😝. I would suggest to broadcast this on radio channels.
I teeny tiny negative I would point out be that a chapter is skipped- Chapter 41 Flames Leap High.....even though the title is there the content is of the previous chapter. the actual content of Chapter 41 in the book is not included. Thats all.

Messed up chapters
The story and narration are really good, and you find yourself lost in the world gone by within the first few sentences.
However, the chapters 41 and 42 are interchanged. Being extremely crucial chapters, the interchange led to a disconnect in the story and spoiled the experience
