Must read
This book is good for startup entrepreneurs, VC professionals and laymen alike. It is good for people who know nothing about VCs and for people who have some knowledge and want to learn more and even for those who do know a lot but just want to reinforce what they already know. The book is well structured and covers everything you need to know no matter which side you are on.
