Just a very brief explanation
I thought this was an example of a sound bath but its just an explanation. Narrator did a good job and her voice is soothing but this is too short and no example. At least its free

All about immersion into the sounds that give
you the best night's sleep available. Rain, waves lapping on the shore, maybe chimes and light bells. You Tube is a great place to find these sound tracks.

Thank you for the definition!
Thank you for the definition! Great information if you are yoga lacking. If you don't know much about alternative therapy, this is a simple explanation of how to begin to understand. 🍀

I learned something and I enjoyed this quick short explanation of a sound bath. Narration was good and soothing.

Though we use alpha music sometimes before bedtime, did not know there is a term to describe it and it is called Sound Bath. Nice informative very short audio book by Sara Auster.
