4-stars

Smooth and lexically comprehensible language and very well recorded. But would only suggest for those who find morality and positivity too complex to understand.

Nothing different here

The majority of this book is a repetition of old motivational quotes and stories condensed into one book. This book does not stand out from the millions of other self help, motivational books out there. I enjoyed hearing the old motivational stories and quotes that I have not heard for some time but I did not find anything new or helpful, and the step by step tool is just a bullet point of tasks at the end of each chapter. As they say in the classics, "done that, been there, have the tee shirt!"
