Welcome to the first episode of The Longevity Lounge podcast!

This is something I've wanted to do for a while, not only to share my story, but also to give people insight into how our plans for life don't always unfold the way we expect, and certainly not on the timelines we envision.

For our first episode, my daughter, Maya Khare, sits down with me to talk through that journey. We cover everything from medical school and working in the ER to clinical research, navigating the COVID-19 pandemic, and eventually making the healthcare organizations I lead what they are today.

It's a conversation about taking risks, adapting when life changes course, and staying committed to a bigger vision, even when the timeline doesn't look anything like you imagined.
